    Hot rolling is the last net-forming technology in the production of non-woven fabrics, and it is a process of making fabrics after cooling and laying wires.
    Hot rolling has a high degree of heat ( 100 – 150 degree )rolling wheel rolls uniform fiber wires to melt and form a net,
    so there will be rolling points on the cloth surface of hot-rolled non-woven fabrics, similar to pinholes, but not penetrating,
    depending on the size and density of the steel spikes on the rolling wheel. To sum up, it is not difficult to draw a conclusion that as a process,
    hot-rolled non-woven fabric is not a specific kind of cloth, but a generic term for a kind of non-woven fabric formed by a similar process.
    Generally speaking, the hot-rolled process is spun bonded polypropylene non-woven fabric ( PP, Polyester non-woven fabric(PET) and Polyamide( PA)),
    the biggest differences among them are the differences in processing raw materials.
    Advantages
    Light weight: polypropylene resin is used as the main raw material for production,
    with a specific gravity of only 0.9, only three-fifths of cotton, fluffy and good hand feeling.
    Soft: It is made of fine fibers ( 2 – 3D ) to be lightly point shape and formed by hot melt bonding with.
    The finished product is moderate in softness and comfortable.
    Water – repellent and breathable: Polypropylene chips do not absorb water, have zero water content,
    and the finished product has good water-repellent property. It is made up of 100 % fiber and has good air permeability,
    which is easy to keep the cloth surface dry and easy to wash.
    Non – toxic and non – irritating: The product is made of food-grade raw materials conforming to FDA, does not contain other chemical components,
    has stable performance It has the characteristic of non-toxic, non peculiar smell, and does not irritate the skin.
    Antimicrobial and anti-chemical agents: Polypropylene is chemically inert, does not decay by insects,
    and can isolate the erosion of bacteria and insects in the liquid. It is antibacterial and alkali corrosion.
    The finished products do not affect strength due to corrosion.
    Antibacterial property. The product is water – extractable, not moldy, and can isolate the corrosion of bacteria and insects in the liquid.

    Good physical properties. It is made from polypropylene spinning directly laid into a net and thermally bonded.
    The strength of the product is better than that of common staple fiber products, with no directional strength and similar longitudinal and transverse strength.
    In terms of environmental protection, polypropylene is used as the raw material for most non-woven fabrics,
    while polyethylene is used as the raw material for plastic bags. Although the two materials have similar names, their chemical structures are far apart.
    The chemical molecular structure of polyethylene has very strong stability and is extremely difficult to degrade, so it will take 300 years for the plastic bag to decompose.
    However, the chemical structure of polypropylene is not firm, and the molecular chain can be easily broken, so that it can be effectively degraded,
    and enter the next environmental cycle in a non-toxic form. A non-woven shopping bag can be completely decomposed within 90 days. Moreover,
    the non-woven shopping bags can be reused more than 10 times, and the pollution to the environment after being discarded is only 10 % of that of plastic bags.
